Well honestly believe that sometimes we are bogged down with work.Having two or three deadlines per week can be hard to live up to.That's why alot of people don't finish on time.There's too much stuff to do and not enough time to do it.As for doing things your not supposed to, I can say that over 85% of the class has been doing something they are not supposed to be doing at one point in time.I can't say whether or not it has affected their work but not addressing the problem is not the answer.
